My blogs consist of obstacles, life lessons, events, transitions in my own life and hopefully by posting blogs they can help to enlighten others or have them think outside the box.

I'm honored to say the least.
As you know, animal rescues hold fundraisers through my online store Glass Creations. There is one I'm presently holding for "Beagle Freedom Project" and let me tell you, they are beyond amazing! Many of us don't think twice when purchasing our everyday products from the grocery store whether it be makeup, soap, shampoo, etc. Many companies to this day still test their products on animals and many of these animals are beagles. Many you will recognize: Tide, Charmin, Bold, Duracell, Bounty, Febreze, Cheer, Bounce, Gain, Swiffer, Cascade, Puffs, Mr. Clean, Luvs, Dreft Laundry and the list goes on. The beagle is a breed of choice for laboratories because of their submissive personalities and they are forgiving. When I saw ARME's videos of these precious beagles being exposed to the outdoors for the first time and stepping foot on grass for the first time I was so moved that I contacted Shannon Keith who is the founder of this beautiful and meaningful organization. She had purchased from my site before in support of another rescue I was holding a fundraiser for. So I began to go to work on making glass tiles specifically for their organization. To support this organization and learn more I urge you to watch the video, read about their rescue and educate yourself on some of the companies that test on animals. You can find a list of companies at Leaping Bunny and every purchase made from my store site in support of Beagle Freedom Project will receive a Leaping Bunny Compassionate Shopping Guide.
